Frequently Asked Questions

All of our garments are either screen printed or direct to garment printed for quality and longevity. Both are rated for approximately 50 washes.

Part of the direct to garment printing proccess involved applying a pre-treat solution to garments to keep ink from absorbing into the garment during the printing process. A cold wash and low tumble dry will take care of both. On occasion, it does take two washes to correct any discoloration.

Our graphic tees and decals ship or are ready for pick up within 3 business days of order placement. Custom etching will be ready for shipment or pickup within 7 business days.

Maybe! If our schedule and blank availability allows, we are sometimes able to turn order same day. Contact us or come by the shop if you're in a cruch!

We do not have order minimums for custom DTG printed tees. For screen print our order minimum is 12. .

We do not have order minimums for custom decals or custom etching.

We hate set up fees as much as you do and we try to avoid them when we can. We do not charge set up fees if artworks is provided in vector file format (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG). Creation of custom artwork or editing of provided raster files will require a set up fee of up to $35 when necessary.

Absolutely! We try to offer a variety of designs for all our of schools. If you see one not offered for your school that you love, just let us know and we will get it set up and listed for purchase.

We love visitors at the shop. Due to obligations outsife of the shirt shop and kiddos our hourse vary some but you can typically catch Laura or Hannah at the shop 9-5 Monday through Friday. Pop in and see us at 19179 W FM 8 in downtown Lingleville.
